Damaged or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately once your return is approved.


European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging and proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to post the refund
