Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Shipping Time

  • Standard shipping within the contiguous United States (48 states) typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship only within the contiguous United States.

  • We do not ship to:

    • P.O. Boxes

    • APO/FPO military addresses

  • Orders placed to these addresses will be automatically canceled and refunded.

Tracking Information

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If a shipment shows no tracking updates for 7 consecutive business days, it may be considered lost.

  • If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We will review the case and, where applicable, offer a replacement or alternative resolution.


Return Policy

Return Eligibility

  • Items may be returned within 60 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be:

    • Unused

    • In original condition

    • In original packaging

    • In resalable condition as received

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale items are not eligible for returns.

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  3. Items must be shipped back within 60 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

    • Defective items

    • Incorrect items shipped

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
